refund policy

It is our intention that we provide an outstanding service and training experience.

Cancellations will only be accepted if at least 3 business days’ notice has been provided prior to the start date of the training course initially booked. Full refund shall be provided, otherwise payment will be charged in full.

You will be allowed to rebook your course free of charge, provided that you have given at least 3 business day’ notice. Where a booking has been rescheduled, there will be no refunds provided for the initial booking or any rescheduled bookings thereafter.

In the case of no show without prior notice, payment will be charged in full.
